Hey all
New to stardock and it's products, I have just took out a Windows Blinds trial, all is working well; I also got fences, which i love and lastly I got the deskscapes trial, However I'm having a lot of issues.
Had the trials for merely 2days, deskscape has caused crashes of explorer.exe atleast 4 times since then, the actual deskscape application froze and crashed once, the actual desktop backgrounds powered by deskscape have not functioned properly if I come out of a game, or pause and resume.
If i pause deskscape, go into a game... then resume deskscape afterwards, it just hangs for 5minutes and eventually crashes exlporer.exe making me restart explorer. But due to explorer being restarted in real time, it messed up my icons in the bottom right hand corner, no no no. So i have to log out and log back in again to get my icons back. For such a mainstream product, Why is it so buggy and unstable, I cannot buy this if it keeps making my windows explorer crash, So i assume this isn't normal behaviour. Helps please.

I am running Win 7 64 bit on a core I5 processor and it lags loading, freezes up my Chrome browser, freezes up and crashes where I have to hard boot out of it, freezes up and makes my desktop black with no icons. I changed compatibility to xp and that didn't help. I will try making compatibility for Vista next, because running it in straight win 7 is a joke. I'll mess with it for a couple of days and then if it doesn't work after all these tweeks I will have to consider my $19 money lost. Sucks cuz it would be a neat program if it worked right!
