Logons [in XP] have graphics for the User panel, buttons, etc.  They are not 'just' a background bitmap.

The 'way it should be' has all of it skinned.

The way you have it is only a background, with the default XP graphics for the 'user'.

You must change the graphics for all the rest too, yes.

A logonXP file [eg Skinname.logonxp] is a renamed zip archive.

Download the logon you wish to use [must be for XP - NOT a Vista one] ... rename the extension to 'zip' and open it to check there are more images than 'just' the bacground bitmap.  Typically there'll be 20-something images/files....;)

Uh..Alright,i renamed it to a .rar file and extracted the stuff, there are like 15~ Bitmaps. How do i "install" all of them?

Installation 'should' be as simple as double-clicking on the 'skinname.logonxp' file and the Proggy 'LogonStudio' will install it.

I'm betting "Logon Studio" is installed and "Logon Studio XP" is not.  OP wants Logon Studio XP.

Hm... is there a specific place i must put it all into? I extracted all the files and put them into a folder inside my download folder (in my documents).

The skin.logonxp file is in the same folder as the bitmaps, but it still will only load the background :/

Did you install "Logon Studio" or "Logon Studio XP"?

Try the 2nd download link here "Logon Studio for XP Download":

https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/downloads.asp

You can leave the other version installed if you like, you can have both versions installed at the same time.  Probably best to set one to "Windows Default" before applying a theme with the other one.

Yes, my mistake...should have mentioned Logonstudio had to be the XP ver as well as the skins themselves...;)
