HOW TO WORK WITH RAINLENDAR

Can anyone please tell me how start working with a basic Rainlenar project? I'm brand new with this type of software and need to learn everything at step one. Is there any sort of basic instruction available to work with all these spendy programs I had to buy? All I wanted was a cool desktop, but now that I have them I'd like to learn more. Thanks!

The way I made my first Rainlendar skin was to download one I liked, start swapping graphics, and play with the numbers and fonts and colors in the .ini file.
