That's the spirit.

Besides, it's not like those who are fans on facebook don't post the info here shortly after they see it anyway.

Sure, but we are using Facebook to give sneak peaks and such.

I will have nothing to do with Twitter or Facebook.  I'll get my updates from here or where ever someone decides to share.  I am looking forward to the expansion though.

I knew what you meant, but it's beyond ridiculous. You have created a web page dedicated to Sins since 2008 with a steady group of visitors, only to tell them " go here instead". We are not all 17 year old girls..

I have NO problem with you wanting to stay "current", but there is NO reason new info can not be released on both web pages.

I hope I am not the only one who feels this way.........

Nope, I second the opinion.

Social networking sites may be for the masses but its not necessary for gamers of this genre. Just post information on all sites simultaneously for better marketing.

Dual posting would be great. Having people come to the Sins website is GOOD for business! It's a positive traffic flow!

Wow, I had never thought to check Facebook for a Sins of a Solar Empire page.  Forgive me, for I have now liked the page and will follow it religiously (almost; we Advent bow to no one).

I agree.  LOL @ marketing.

There was a time when the impetus was to drive people to one's own site.  In the social media era, the impetus has become to drive people AWAY from one's own site.

I agree with casting as many nets as possible, but don't cut the ropes on an existing net prematurely.
