Bug (With mouse) help!

Ok guys.

Windows 7 64 bit , Latest GPU drivers for Nvidia GTX 295s , latest windows 7 updates.

My mouse will not scroll down or to the right of the game. I can only scroll in the game to the left and up.

My arrows keys are doing the same thing. Will not let me scroll in game to the right or down. I can only go up and to the left in game.

Can some one help me? I didnt have this problem before the latest patches.

Should probably put this in the technical section, better chance of a developer seeing it that way. No idea what could cause that myself.
