Pre-order discount link doesn't work

Decided to pre-order Rebellion, owning the whole collection so far i've been attempting to use the "upgrade" link on the stardock website (links to... https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/upgraderebellion.aspx ) but only getting a 404 error.

Has the method for applying the pre-order changed?

You can still pre-order, however the discount ended at the end of September. So you can't use any links from the discount posts...
