how do i download and activate to comp?

i download the file but it only comes up with a kb size file and it won't let me put it on or anything can anyone help me and guide me through this issue?? i also have winrar is that what's causing this??

Do you have the WindowBlinds program installed with which to run this skin?

Okay ltmolitor that is a WindowBlinds Theme or Skin, so in order to apply it to your desktop you will need the WindowBlinds program.  You can go to this link and get the program.  https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

Once you install the WindowBlinds program, go download the file again (or just double click the one you have) and it will auto install. Then you just run the WindowBlinds program to change skins. Download all you like!!

You can try the Trial version first to see if you like WindowBlinds, it is good for 30 day.  :sun:
