ObjectDock problems

1.) I have two docks running and there are two ObjeckDock icons in the system tray (one for each dock I guess), why isn't there just one (like in previous versions) that can control both docks and is there any way to get rid of one?

2.) How do I import saved docks from 1.9 to 2.0?

3.) How can I remove the text labels by each icon?

4.) Is there going to be an update any time soon?

A2.1 ) well I just copied the "Backgrounds" folder  found in ProgramFiles > Stardock >ObiectDock (1.9) and I pasted into

ProgramFiles > Stardock > ObjectDock (2.0)
