Sound packager crashes on start-up!!! HELP!!!

AND WHY DOESN'T STARDOCK FIX THIS?

I just recently installed Objectdock on a second laptop, both of which run Windows 7, both of which have trouble with the sound packager! I have tried the advice of some posts here, all with no luck! Some posts think there is a problem with windowblinds that is glitching the SP. Will downloading both versions of window blinds stop the problem? I've tried replacing an OXC file from Impulse folder as one said, no luck there either! Does anyone have a solution to the problem that someone with med-high computer experience can understand? Does Stardock have a patch? Any help would be great! Thanks!
