Download Limits

(Sorry if wrong section, I'm a newbie)

from WinCustomize Forums

OK so I purchased WindowBlinds and was downloading like crazy and suddenly, "You have reached your download limit...".  Is the download limit a daily thing? Or is is permanent?  Because I wouldn't have purchased WindowBlinds if I knew it was a permanent thing... -_-

I may be wrong Cavan1, but I think he would need Subscriber status for unlimited downloads.  I think a current customer is just someone who has signed up at the site with an account.

I just downloaded windowblinds as the $19.95 purchase only..  How does the limits work? (I clicked the link, but it doesn't say how the free members account limits work..)

That would be a Citizen, Current Customer is some who has purchased something from Stardock.

Guess you may have to wait for someone from Stardock to answer on that one, I am not too sure either as I have always been a subscriber.

This works. Go into your cookies and delete all the ones referencing wincustomize.com.
Then log back in and you're good to go. = )

Thanks guys it was so simple and much faster than waiting for a reply to my ticket.
