A question on Corvettes?

Now in this catagory I've heard that corvettes in the real navy are fast attack ships. So will the Vasaries corvettes share the in gravity well phase jump ability that the fast attack frigate does?? Since it's hard to imagion a fast attack vasari ship that doesn't have that ability.

There have been no real developer comments on what the Corvettes are going to do.  All we know is that they're a small class ship.
