Help with window blinds

Wallpaper(s) may be included in a windowblinds package but that is not required of the skin author.  The author will usually identify the screenshot wallpaper or provide a link to it, particularly if it was done by someone else.  If it is included in the download, you may still have to select it in the wallpaper tab and apply it.

To add to what Daiwa has said;

very few WindowBlinds included the wall, of the few that do most are in a zip file in the skin folder once it is installed so will not apply when the skin is.

Currently I can only think of 2 or 3 WB skinners who include wallpapers.
