Don't think you can get rid of it that I know of. ![]()
It looks like it's confined to Win7 64 bit ![]()
That's one of the things I liked about the Win7 searchbox. No silly text in it like there was on Vista. We all know what the thing is for, we don't need them to tell us.
And why is the font italicized? It throws off the whole look of any skin! ![]()
I have Win7 64 bit, and I don't have that text showing.
Me neither and it looks like my typed font is the same as my windows font which I have changed in WB to be used system wide.
Grab some electrical tape, cut off a small strip, Place over offending image and press firmly. ![]()
I think you mean duct tape. ![]()
(Oops, no you don't.
)
win7 64 bit here also, not showing up in mine either.

been tweaking.. Tim? ![]()
I have the same picture Tim is showing and in fact have it with any skin. Didn't use to have it till a week or 2 ago. No tweeking here for sure. Win7/64
It is showing on my Win 7 64-bit also. It is also showing on Win 7 32-bit on my netbook.
It came with the last Winders Update
Weird! Have installed all updates and do not have this on my 64 bit Windows.
Same here. Pretty curious.
Mine too. Ain't no big thing.
I know better than to do that
I knew there was a reason why I haven't updated....still running 7.1 for both WB and SKS.
Nothing here either. Win7 64.
He means Microsoft Update not WB Update, MJ
I have confirmed that the text is still there without Windowblinds activated (plain Aero)
Strange that some have it and others don't ![]()
it has been on my windows 7 x64 since first install about 8 months ago
I wonder, not all updates are important. I usually only choose the important ones and select carefully (I hope) those others that are just recommended. There were some win7 updates that I chose not to download.
I know that every time I update my audio I have to go back and reset my speaker types.
I cannot update. I download and it says successful. Then when I turn around (
) it says I need to download my windows updates.
So I am now thinking this is good.
OOPS!
I didn't catch that! Well, I don't have that ugly text on my blinds...running Win7, 32 bit. And I have all the Windows Updates installed.
The text has recently started showing up on my Windows 7 - 32 bit.
Nothing on mine still.
