I just downloaded the Titan's Forge Icon Set and when I open it, the program asks me what program to use for opening it. Now I am stumped, I was under the impression that it would be a folder I could choose icons out of to replace the stick ones from Windows (folders, etc). Help, what am I doing wrong? Should I have a program to view the downloaded material or maybe is the file corrupted. Admittedly I am very new to all of this Win Customization stuff, so please, be gentle!

tracybeyer you need the program IconPackager in order to apply the icons. Take a look at this follwing link. https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/
