Running Windows 7, Only TweakVista offered in Impulse

from Stardock Forums

As the title says.  From what I'm reading here can I just go ahead and install "TweakVista" and it will magically be Tweak7 once it installs?  I saw the post saying all TweakVista owners (which I am) would automatically get Tweak7 and if you didn't then email support.  I did so, waiting for my ticket to get to a person.  Now, if someone here on the forums can tell me if I should just install TweakVista and it's all good then I'll go ahead and do that?

Best to open a ticket with SD Support with this. You can try 'Reset Data' but I can't promise this will help.

Tweak7 shows up in Impulse for me.  Try to reset your data like Doc said, it should be there.

Thanks for the suggestion guys.  Reset Data did not do it however so I'll have to wait for support to respond to my email! ;)

You should also check to see if there are two registrations active...in which case you'd need the help of SD support to straighten things out from their end.

This holiday season must be the worst time to seek support.  I've had my ticket in for three days now and still no response :(  Ah well, I don't mind all in all, I'm sure early in the new year it'll all be good! ;) :)

Stardock Support works Monday through Friday, 9-5. After weekends, it takes some time to play "catch up". Don't resubmit, or it will kick your first request to the back of the queue.

They got to my ticket!  Resolved now, have a Tweak7 registration!
