It is. Has many more options (peruse it), but it's also different. It doesn't require installation (runs as an .exe) and will change your right click menu, adding "XP" options like "Copy to" and "Move to".

I haven't explored every screen yet, but looks amazing to me.

I also suggest you take a look at The Windows Club Download Page for other solid apps. :)

I think everyone is interested in making thier system run quicker, be more stable and more secure. 

Can you tell us the things that you 'Tweaked' and the difference you saw in your system?  Do you see that your computer is running quicker, etc.?

I've made several 'tweaks', Philly. Short cut arrows, uac, right click menu changes. Made some things unaccessable to other accounts, Changes in screeny 5...

I'm not interested in speed as much as security without the UAC (= PIA) and in usability/efficiency.

I haven't downloaded it but did take a look at the site.  Looks like it hasn't received an updated in almost a year.  Granted, it may not need an update, but Microsoft/Windows has been updated alot in the last year.  :S

Copy to and move to I thought were regulars in a right click. I've always had those two.
