I own Sins of a Solar Empire and just bought Entrenchment online because I wanted to play with the expansion. However, when I bought Entrenchment via the Impulse website I had forgotten that I had already registered my original Sins serial code with a previous (and now different) account. So now I own the original Sins on one account and the expansion Entrenchment on another and cannot play the expansion. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

How long does it usually take for this process?

I just e-mailed them since I have a similar problem, and I would really like to play it as soon as possible, since I only really have today off, and the next time I will have time to play SoaSE might only be in two weeks or so...
