Sounds like a plan!
The face of that model (the red/white one will do) needs a bit of paint and more colourful hair but that's pretty much it.
Without access to script editing I won't be able to come up with real clown-specific abilities so this won't go beyond a model mod for the forseeable future.
Oh, and if you need a photo (no makeup, sorry), can do that.

Me? Naw. I have the thickest skin I know of. You should rather worry about the moderators because they are not allowed to have thick skin in that regard. =P
My only complaint is that some of these abilities are simply out of style for a clown!
And you should seriously use the white/red clown suit model. That's perfect. Why did ya bother to create another?
(To be honest, I would have expected green hair instead of red but I suppose that's artistic license)
