File Explorer crashes, even after uninstall of Fences

I installed Fences (Free Version) on Win 7 32bis. I encountered the same problem as many peoples : file explorer crashes.

i tried suggested solutions  ( https://forums.stardock.com/379002 ) but it didn't work for me.

i totally uninstalled Fences, but the problem is still here : file explorer frequently crashes (several minutes after opening a new winfowd of file explorer ).

How can i completely clean my system damaged by Fences ?

P.S. Scuse me for my poor english, i hope it's understandable.

does explorer crash if you log in as a different user?

are you using any other desktop enhancement tools?

are you using any plugins (toolbars, etc) for Internet Explorer?

do you have the latest hotfixes for Windows 7?

Hello,

Thank you for this quick response.

does explorer crash if you log in as a different user?

=> I can't create new accounts on my computer. I'm admin on my computer, but we're in a network whit Active Directory, and i can't create an acocunt on my computer without relying it with an Active Directory Account.

are you using any other desktop enhancement tools?

=> Just Ultra Monitor, for dual monitor display.

are you using any plugins (toolbars, etc) for Internet Explorer?

=> Developper Tooles

do you have the latest hotfixes for Windows 7?

=> Windows Update shiled is "green" ^^ (i don't know how to explain this in good english). But it says there's 4 facultatives updates avalaible. I'll try to install it.

[Edit] => I installed all hotfixes for Windows 7 and file explorer still crashes after 5 to 10 minutes.

For the moment, i installed Directory Opus to have a working File Explorer alternative, but i'll have to fix this problem or find a way of repair my system from Fences installation before the end of trial period. :\

Because of the English 'problem', I thought you were talking about Explorer crashing....

To my knowledge, File Explorer is not supported in Windows 7. That said, Fences shouldn't have caused either to crash, so even if it happened after the attempted un-install, I think your problem is elsewhere (notably File Explorer since Opus works and is supported in Windows 7) .

Yes, certainly the "english problem" :)

I talk about the "Windows + E" explorer. The "thing" you use to explorer files on your harddrive.

"Explorateur de fichiers" in French.
