They said it'd go to QA on Tues.. doesn't mean it'll be out Tues. Read the post guys. It's out there to be found out without creating new post. I guess it's Thursday at the earliest.

Um, where do you get the idea that the update cannot be released the same day as the QA deadline?  1.08 was slated to come out last Thursday, THE SAME DAY as the QA deadline.  Maybe you need to read the post better yourself:

"The internal QA deadline for the test build was this morning and unfortunately it needed a few more hours before being submitted."

So if the QA deadline was last Thursday and last Thursday was also the day the 1.08 patch was to be released originally, then I certainly don't see why it can't come out on Tuesday, again, on the same day as internal QA.

Depends, remember it will contain more content than it did last week, so will take longer to QA. I would stick just to saying this week sometime probably as long as Stardock don't say otherwise.
