How to determine version

How can I tell what version I am running? After patching the exe still says 1,0,0,1...and I don't see any version info on the opening splash screens

When the program is running but minimized and in the sys tray you can see the version if you hover over it with your mouse. There's probably a better way to see the version you have other than that though :)

Hit Esc during the game, the version number is on the top of the Option screen. The only other way I know to see a more exact version number is place where you update Galciv in Stardock Central.
