Long story short, i got bottled up for a bit and when i did break free, there seemed to almost be a different monster on every space. Perhaps different races will fight eachother and monster that are territorial like troll or sclag will fight their own race. Cull the weak... survival of the fittest ehh?
Great great idea! And as some are killed, it allows for spawning of others.
Great idea, would love to see this. But I think only two creatures of similar strength should fight each other, else the big ones would take out all the small one (hmmm might not be so bad actually haha).

I think they do that, especially independent heroes attacking monsters.
Great idea! This might already exist because I occassionally see a bandit disappear and then an injured wolf. However, this could be a little more pronounced. Also, as OsirisDawn said, that might just be heroes doing the attacking. Heroes are a seperate faction from the monsters so they can be hostile to one another. We could separate monsters into something like: bugs, bandits, animals, and monsters.
