To stop people 'complaining'....I'm "wearing" a skin [WB] ....;)

The "wall" is a Game screen-cap .....I've been "skinning" the plane....in the colours of the USAF "Thunderbirds"....they used the Thuds for about 6 months [until they were grounded when one broke up Killing the 'Bird pilot].

Still all the tricky fine detail to do....but the general kite looks about right....;)

This took a heck of a long time....not just the 'painting' but the alpha channel for 'shine' as well.
Almost 'accurate' if you ignore it really being more a 'D' model than a 'B'.
It's a real plane [was] ....No #2 of the Thunderbirds [Capt. Gene Devlin R.I.P.]
Skinning planes for FSX is 'fun'...though this is originally a 2004 'model'....;)

"skinning" for FSX includes tweaking xml ..... modding cockpits/gauges...all sorts of fun....

Then you get to 'buzz' the AI .....scared the pants off this one....converging...same alt.....jetwash from a Thud close to Mach would have put paid to the civilian [we would have missed by about 20 feet]....;)
