Skins, Themes and Walls : do you have to submit Walls seperately?

I was wondering if you have to seperate any walls you create with a Skin or a Theme for seperate submission, or can you submit them with as a complete package for consideration?

You can submit them separately, or you can just put the wall in the Windowblind folder either way is fine

You can put the wall in with the blind or if you think the wall will make it thru moderation you can upload it seperate.
