I stopped playing for a long while, ended up changeing computers ect, now that ive installed the game on my other computer found my username and password and all I can get is this disconected from ironclad online stuff when I try to multiplayer. Can someone set me straight thanks.
PS the update option in the game seems to not work for me either.
Are updated to the latest patch?
Depending on what expansion your using the version # will vary.
What version of the game are you on? To log on you need the most recent, patched up version. For Regular Sins it is now v1.191. To update you need to download and install Impulse, which is like a benign form of Steam that doesn't need to run all the time (only when you want to patch).

i can't even go online i have internet i put in a name and its disconnected from iron clad online then i think the next day it would work but again i am disconnnected from it. Do i need a iron clad online prophlie ?????? 
Have you registered your game with Impulse so that you can fully patch it? You need to do that first. After that I'm pretty sure that you do need to create a profile with Ironclad Online.
