Take two interactive demigod code sticker isnt working

Hello,i recently bought demigod from gamestop for 10$ and i cant get the sticker on the back to work when i try and register,im typeing it in correctly but no go could i get in contact with a support staff? i cant find any links to contact support on the website if i dont hear from them by monday im gonna return it to gamestop
