Spawn vs kratos

Simple question, if kratos and spawn were to fight then who would win? Both have at least once been on the level of gods themselves. Have fought gods (kratos fought the Greek gods and spawn fought the christian one).

powers and abilities (spawn);
Superhuman strength,
speed,
durability and endurance,
Immortality,
Flight,
Magical abilities,
Teleportation,
Shapeshifting,
Regenerative healing factor,
Necroplasmic energy blasts,
Resurrection,
Empathy,
Wears living symbiotic costume capable of evolving


powers and abilities (kratos):
Superhuman strength and stamina,
Sensing danger and possesses great skills with all forms of weapons and magic.
Kratos also possesses High Resistance to most forms of attack that would easily kill most humans or magical beings, even to the point of being practically Immortal.
Blades of Chaos/Athena/Exile,
Time control and time travel.


My verdict? Spawn will kick kratos ass in a fight!

Time travel makes anyone invincible.

Also, Kratos can die and come back from the dead as easy as you or I read a book.

They would fight, and at the last second when kratos realized he was gonna lose, he'd bend time and not get into that fight.;P

Seriously, Spawn is immortal, while kratos is nly practically immortal.

ok that first post was just to insert some life into this thread

since i only know of kratos, he gets my vote.

Plus hearing of the powers i again say kratos he can go back in time and mess up this spawn guy's life.

I'm betting on the guy who killed the entire Greek Pantheon and caused the plagues of legend.  And yes, he can die, but he's already done that, what, three times now?  Seems like it'd be old hat to him.

On a side note: Twilight, you should try playing one of the God of War games.  I never bothered until about a month ago, but I finally caved and they're damn good.

Didn't kratos turn on the orginal god of war because he tricked him into killing his lover and child.

You do realize they both 

1. died at least once in their life; hell spawn isn't even alive.

2. Have fought against and won against gods? Only difference is spawn fought lucifer and god, kratos fought greek gods.

That is basically it. After fighting for ares for some many years, ares has him masker a temple of athena which his wife and child was also in. The story for god of war is broken to say the least, i found it amazing he killed is own wife and child, yet he let the ol women who warned him not to go into the temple to live.
