OD+ Crashes when rebooting

I've been using OD+ for a while now, however there seems to be a persisting problem with it.  Everytime I reboot my PC, when OD+ starts loading it states that it recuperated from an incorrect shutdown.  Shortly after it loads.

Why OD+ doesn't shut down properly when I reboot?  Do I have to unload OD+ before rebooting each time?  Each time I do a Win update I have to remember to unload OD+ before clicking on reboot?

Seems to me that OD+ should have a way to automatically unload once it detects that the PC is about to reboot.  Or is it just an issue that I may have with my installation?

Also, I've created various tabs with many shortcuts to my programs.  Recently, for some issue, I lost all my settings.  I tried to load my previously saved theme, but it wasn't there.  I had to recreate all my tabs and icons.  Is there a way to not only save the theme but to also back it up in cases like these so I can reload easily?
