You can use Harpo's mod tools to bring it up to speed with the latest versions of sins. As far as it working with the optimization project.. I dont see any issues unless the volumetric explosions override the projects particle files. Just make sure you enable the optimization project FIRST. No promises if it works or not.
Now I can't get it too work, any help?
the probable cause is that for some reason the mod updater is adding an extra line
maxDecelerationAngular 9.999996
into the entity files. unfortunatly the fix is to delete ONE of the lines above in each of the entity files.
and I have NO idea why the mod updater is adding the line. it is not even looking at the acceleration/deceleration parameters in the entity files. I am currently going through my copy of dynamic 9b fixing this issue in the entity's
and when I have it fixed I will upload it

umm, actually know, I got it to work. I had a problem because I downloaded sins and but it into the 1.151 folder, even though it was 1.141. So I created a mods folder for 1.141 and ran the thing again and got it to work.
I got it to work. Problem with the mod folders, thats all
