Help?

Bought Elemental...

OK, I got my Step Dad to preorder Elemental Limited Edition for me with his credit card earlier on. However afterwards, his email address replaced mine on this account and he got the email about the serial key and stuff. I just spent ages trying to change email addresses as the page on Stardock's website won't let me enter my full password, so I had to change it first.

1) How exactly do I download the Beta?

2) How can I change my email address?

3) Is this the right spot to ask? :P

Use Impulse to download the Beta. You will need to log in under the account that did the Beta Pre-Order. In the "Preferences" Menu, make sure you have "Show Pre-Release Versions" ticked. Once all of these are done, Elemental will show up for download/install.

If you want to change the email address that it's registered to, you'll have to have your stepdad contact [email protected] .

Am I meant to do that through add registrations? Because everytime I do that it says it failed to connect to the server...

Has the order been processed yet? You get more then one email. One when the oder is made, and another when it's processed and you get beta access. Not sure if the second one is going on at the moment or not.

Best bet is to contact sales, they can sort this out.

Wait, I had a proxy on, was stopping me from validating (not my comp >_>).
