Printer Selection Issue

Does anyone know how I can eliminate the Epson Stylus CX6600 from this list? It is no longer installed on my computer, but everytime I try to use the scanner, it first makes me choose which one to use. It doesn't show up in the add/remove programs list. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
