I found out about this on the USS Clueless (http://denbeste.nu). It's a Magic the Gather style card game for the current Iraq crisis. It savages all side equally but is hilarious!

Check the casting cost of that thing though! You'd need a three colour deck (unwise, unless you use trickery).

Hmm, I think this should be Bush Senior (Summon Legend) though.
