DeskScapes not working in Windows 7 Ultimate

I installed DeskScapes3 on a machine running Windows 7 Ultimate. It worked fine for about 2 weeks and now it will not load. I have uninstalled the Deskscapes and reinstalled it to no avail. Does any one have any suggestions? I paid for this and am a little miffed that it is no longer working.

Since it did work, by chance did you do any updating of video drivers or load any new programs that may be causing the problem?
