Greetings from the Cybercave

Hello to one and all - its nice to be here.  I am not a skinner but would like to learn.  I am ten thousand years old and I live in the cybercave which is located on top of a mystic mountain in Tibet. 

Actually - I am in my mid fiftees and am a retired musician and producer.  But always on the lookout for a decent gig.  I have begun to use Bryce Vue and Photoshop mainly to make my own wallpapers to complement some of the wonderful skins which I see here.  I am a bit over the music industry really - and now I am more interested in learning how to use programs to make desktop art and maybe even some skins.

If I ask dumb questions at times I hope you guys will forgive me.

Bimph...I'm sorry to tell you that once you start skinning that's exactly what you'll be living in...a cyber cave! I haven't seen the sun since I started doing this...except on desktop wallpapers. I can't even find the front door anymore. I don't go to work anymore...money is running out!!!...they turned off the electric!!!...I heard they just voted Bush for a second term!!!! If it weren't for the friendly squirrels coming in my window I wouldn't even have any food!!!!!

Hello bimph, welcome. I will be 65 next month and have learned a lot form all the great ladies and gentlemen (use the gentlemen word loosely :grin: ) members on here. If you have a question, they pop up from all over the world to help.
