New Demigod Blackulus (Beta) Needs balancing

Just finished my very first and not quite complete draft of my new Demigod Blackulus, suggestions would be a big help. He is still missing a passive ability as well as a couple level 15 abilities.

I had problems with the audio but he was going to only speak in Samuel Jackson quotes and Soul Strike I was supposed to be "Shut your bitch mouth." but the joke seemed less funny after the eighth hour of working on it.
