Problem with windows too small when skinned

I've recently been experiencing a strange problem with WindowBlinds. On certain windows the bottom of the window is "missing", obscuring the buttons, as can be seen in the screenshot. With some windows resizing them causes the missing sections to reappear, but on alert windows etc this is not possible.

If I unload WindowBlinds and use the default Windows theme the problem disappears, and it happens no matter what skin I have applied. I'm running on version 7.01 XP SP3.

Any help would be appreciated.

What WindowBlinds does this happen with?

Are the windows min or max?

Do you just need to use the monitor controls an adjust the screen up?

Thanks for such a quick reply.

It's happened with all the WindowBlinds I've tested it with, but not with Windows Classic or the XP default style.

It only seems to happen with windows that aren't maximised, and it's not a monitor issue as turning off WindowBlinds or resizing the window will fix the problem. It's annoying however to have to do this for nearly every window.

Have you adjusted any setting on the computer, like DPI?

Nope, it's at the default 96 dpi. I haven't changed any other settings either.

Hmm, this is interesting.

Go into WindowBlinds and copy and paste the system info here.  Maybe that might show something that could be the problem.

I've had this happen after applying a new skin. For me, a reboot (or reverting to the skin I started with) has always cleared up the problem.

I was thinking that it may have been a problem  with per pixel borders.

Try what Lantec suggests.

A reboot didn't work for some reason, but I also disabled per pixel bordersm and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Are the drivers or your graphics card up to date; a 8500 GT should not have problems with per pixel frames. My card is a Radeon 9200 SE, which is a much lesser card than yours. I very rarely have this issue and normally revert to last skin then reapply skin I want to use clears the issue up.
