Its not just that.

Xer07 is really really depressed, imo. He is kinda giving up on life, giving up on everything, not just Mishayla v_v

Actually morph, someone who is going to commit suicide would likely broadcast it to everyone they know that would not be able to do anything about it.

Besides, Xer0 isn't the suicide type.  I'd peg him more of the "Hey, I brought you all some punch!" type of person.
