Well, time for random news from my end.

The cadet force I am in (mentioned in the chaos of the "you're banned flamewar") has its annual general inspection the friday after this one. A brigadier from the Coldstream Guards (and some others from the regiment) are coming to oversee everything, so it's a pretty big thing. I've just finished some boot maintenance, which is why this came to mind.
