Hello Everyone. On Feb. 16 for the US Army. I'm leaving to serve in Basic Trainning. I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed this community while I had the time to. You guy are the greatest and I am really going to miss everything.

Head down shoulders up. That way they can't take off your head. Another one was "All I wanna see is assholes and elbows!". Get used to it. 
You are to be commended for your decision to serve. 
I served 30 years in the Air Force and still consider it the best thing I ever did, that is besides coming here and joining the community.
Do you have any idea what speciality or MOS you will get?

This should go without saying but be careful, and take advantage of every opportunity for schools or furthering your education that they offer you.
Also don't worry about your decision, there isn't a person who has done the same thing that has wondered after a few weeks 'what the heck did they do'. You will surprise yourself with how much you can accomplish and always remember, you ain't there alone.
I want to second that. I'm sure all your family and friends are proud of you. I am.
