Previews grayed out - Solved - thank you.

All of my Valentine's day uploads are grayed out.  At first I thought it was just me, but RedNeckDude commented, too, "what's with the preview?" 

Can someone please fix this.

I just checked on the current site and everything looks okay.  Looks like the beta site doesn't like your thumbnail previews. :-"

Yeah, that's why I posted this in the WinCustomize 2010 Beta Feedback category.  I hope someone who has access to that site and knows what the problem might be will correct it soon.  I don't like my work (especially for a community project) messed up like that.

What format are your previews?

I noticed that a PNG displays funny when used as a preview on the new site.

Here's what one looks like...double click it to see how it should look.

My previews are .jpg files, which is what the site says it requires.

And my previews don't just look funny...they are completely grayed out.  When I right click to see the properties, there are no properties listed at all.

the way skins work now when uploaded are that the previews don't show up until a batch job runs...  so if you JUST upload a skin there may be like 10 min - 30 min before the preview shows up (will be greyed until then).   If its still not showing up after that usually something messed up on our end, in which case I get on the guy who made the batch job :D
