Reporting "Slowness" in WC2010

We are getting some reports of "slowness", but they have been pretty vague.

If you experience any type of slowness please be specific as possible.

  • What is the page url?
     
  • What browser?
     
  • Anything else that might help us track down the problem.

The site seems to be significantly faster today.

I was just there with IE7 and it was crawling. It would freeze for a few seconds before "any" pages became functional. Didn't see this at all in Firefox.

Seems to be IE.

I have both IE and Firefox installed and rhe difference is considerable. Probably 10-15 secs

Same + Chrome. Definately an IE issue, it doesn't happen in Chrome either.

Yep. Each page takes approx. 15 seconds to load for me as of this date. Also using IE 8. :annoyed:  ;P   

Great work on the new graphics, layout and all. Looks good.:D

Using FireFox 3.6 and all the pages take a long long time to load.

Same here, also with FireFox 6.  This has been going on for many months, mostly in the morning and afternoons (Central time).


As WinCustomize tries load if I hit the back arrow and the the forward arrow it usually loads right away.

I have a high speed broadband connection (ethernet) and connect at around 83 Mb/s.

Slowness, I'd say!

These skins have been uploaded for an hour or so....They are supposed to go straight into the gallery.

Well, I changed my mind about waiting to upload, but now it looks like it was a good idea.
