You need two and a half stars to make it into the public gallery, otherwise everything will only appear in your personal gallery.

Wallpapers are moderated by the WC mods and a rating is given. If the rating is not sufficiently high enough then the Wallpaper is sent to the uploaders 'personal' gallery.  You can find your uploads here - http://mrbeat.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx

You are not alone in having your submissions located in a 'personal' gallery.  Keep on improving your work and I'm sure at some point in time your walls will make the Main Wallpaper Gallery.
