Can't change login options in Tweak7

Hi there,

I just installed Tweak7 with no issues and am going through the options now.  All seems to be fine except when I come to the "security" tab and try to change the settings under "Login requirements"  When i check "automatically login as a particular user" or "Require Ctrl/Alt/Del and a password to login" it gives me the error:

Tweak7 could not set automatic login settings.  Cannot write to the registry key.

I'm running the 64-bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate and have made sure that my .net is up-to-date at version 3.5.  I've also rebooted multiple times, but to no avail.  Any words of advice on this?

I wish... same problem here.

I am pretty sure that I read in another thread a couple months ago, that this was an issue.

There is a bunch of "minor" problems and glitches in most of the software from STARDOCK.

They just don't seem to be in any big hurry to fix any of them.

They are generally consumed with writing new programs and major updates.

Don't get me wrong... I am a happy customer, have been for 3-4 years now.

The best way of reporting issues is to contact [email protected] and start a trouble ticket.

All you need to do is open "Control Panel" and change your "User" setup for logging in via the typical Windows method.

I know this doesn't help Stardock with fixing the buglet but it will at least allow you to make the change you desire for now.
