object dock install problems

i got the object dock a while ago and installed it on a vista home premium computer. i was using other icon-docklets, (i.e. rocket dock, dell dock) but i liked the object docks ability to show your open windows so i installed and used it along with my other docks. no problems, it worked fine.

now i got a new vista laptop and wanted to install it on it, but no matter what i do it won't work. it is installed on my computer but i can't get the program to run. whenever i try to run it i get this:

  

i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times, and i have checked for updates but it still won't work. the one installed on my home computer works fine, so im completely baffled....

please help -_- ....

Installed via Impulse? What version (free or Plus?). Machine specs (if you have WB7, copy paste the "about" info). OD Version number?
