Hello Distant Stars players!!!
We are pleased to start promoting a community around the mod we love to create and you love to play!
This topic is to help promote online play. No matter what you play, PvP, PvAI or PvPvAI! We will be having regular game times for everyone to gather and join up playing Distant Star!
The meeting place for setting up any Distant Stars game is currently Channel 'Distant Stars' on ICO. Once your there feel free to set up games among each other! Another thing we would like to promote is using Distant Stars in your game name. For example here are some game names: Distant Stars 1, Distant Stars 2, etc etc. You are all smart people.

Feel free to post up game time beyond the current set times, and letting us know your ICO name so we can add you to the list!!! We will hopefully see some of you ingame!!!
Warning:
Be sure to turn your graphics settings down to lowest and turn off all of the special effects like bloom and skyboxes... You're dealing with net traffic and other people's computers so to avoid unnecessary desyncs or disconnects, do your part and turn everything down.
We also suggest you Trim your Empire Tree to reduce mid-end game lag. Play with only the minimum ammount in your Empire Tree as you need!
