OC Basement sales program

As a sales rep for many years, in several industries, I have seen and heard all kinds of horror stories of "high pressure" tactics used by some people.  Asking the customer for a commitment is not high pressure. It is a question to discover whether the customer is interested in moving forward. As an OC Basement rep, I can and do offer discounts at each and every meeting and certainly can change the size and components of a basement to fit a client's budget. I also give them a few days to think about it, as it is an equity investment. Anyone that compares drywall and ANY finished system is comparing apples to oranges.

As to comments that the sales rep makes a huge commission......first,,,it isn't huge by anyone's standards. You pay an investment advisor more on a trade, whether you make or lose money.   Secondly, if you want cheap, you get cheap and it shows. Just earlier today I visited a couple redoing their whole house. and they explained to me how they have already "lost" a $900 camera, have a new $2300 LCD TV damaged, and seen contractors drinking beer while they "worked". I CAN GUARANTEE  THAT SITUATION WILL NOT HAPPEN USING OC FRANCHISED DEALERS. THEIR INEXPENSIVE REMODEL HAS ALREADY COST THEM $3200 IN DAMAGES ON TOP OF WHAT THEY ARE ALREADY PAYING.
