Compatibilty with Entrenchment mod

About to get Diplomacy but can't decide if i want to download the beta as i was just wondering if anyone knew if it would affect mods on previous expansions as i really enjoy the Requiem mod and don't want to have to install it.

Thanks if anyone knows....

no issues because it is a seperate install to entrenchment in it's own folder, and also uses it own mods folder, but at present there is an issue with the settings file (that has been stated by the devs) will be fixed with the next patch to diplomacy.

You won't be able to use Entrenchment mods with diplomacy, but you can still run Entrenchment as normal with it. So if you get bored testing the diplomacy stuff you can just go back to Entrenchment again.

Worst case, archive your Sins and Entrenchment installs so you can uninstall Diplomacy and quickly reinstall the other two if necessary without having to download anything.

That should not be necissary. Doesn't Diplomacy have a different .exe, like Entrenchment and regular Sins?

It was necessary for me to fix minidumps from enabling/disabling mods.  I was mainly recommending, not because I think it will be likely to occur, but because it's so very helpful should something go wrong.  Restoring the compressed archives takes me mere minutes compared with re-downloading all of Sins and Entrenchment.
