Diplomacy crash upon capture of planet

I have a single player va 3 hard AI that will crash Diplomacy when I capture an Ice planet.

I have a save, and several mini-dumps.

Where should I send the files?

did you download the latest patch for the beta?

- Fixed a crash caused by the AI not being cleared properly when it was defeatded while trying to establish an embassy somewhere.
- Fixed a desync bug where the AI would get into conflicting states because it could not establish embassies on planets not owned by the active player.
- Fixed a bug where the TEC envoy had no cooldown on its esablish embassy ability.
- Fixed a crash caused by a border case involving cargoships and tradeports.
- Diplomacy should now be using the proper icon in all cases.

 

edit: nvm for some reason I thought you were talking about capturing a planet and defeating the AI.
