Relative sizes

I'm trying to picture the sizes of the ships, structures, and starbases but it doesn't look like they are fully proportional to celestial bodies.
How big would they be in km/miles?
no they are not even close to proportional, they would be tiny motes compared to the planets in real life
if they were, they would be hundreds of miles long for the caps and at least 10 miles for the scouts, though that is just me guessing
This has been a matter of debate and speculation for some time in the Sins community. The game manual does give the crew for each ship, but that doesn't really help your problem to much. So I guess the can be as big or small as you want them to be.
except you can see the windows.
kinda gives you a scale.... and then the tatical grid... another scale...
Find out how many windows are the lenght of a given ship... and how many ships fit into one tatical grid... and how many tatical grids a planet is long...
extrapolate... and you can get a rough estimation on how big that planet is compared to that window.
I've been working on this for a while, with extrapolation based on the given ship crews and the crews of modern navy ships. I decided to add some extra length to account for larger engines, phase cores, armor, etc, which a starship would need, but a naval ship wouldn't.
Oh, and I ignored the fact that they'd be all equal lengths, since they're all the same length in game. I took that as a balancing property of the models.
Here's what I came up with:
Kol, Dunov, Marza, Sova: Around 300 meters
Akkan: Around 350-400 meters
Radiance, Halcyon: Around 300 meters
Revelation, Progenitor: Around 350 meters
Rapture: Around 350-400 meters
Kortul, Vulkoras: 400-500 meters
Skiranta: 500-550 meters
Antorak: 350-400 meters
Jarrasul:500-550 meters
That's my guess for them.
And that's pretty small, compared to other sci-fi ships.
