Is your order number and registration number 2 different things?

If this is true I am going to feel extremely dumb

I noticed the registration number for SOSE and SOSE entrenchment had 20 numbers while the order number for diplomacy is 22 so if the registration number and order number for diplomacy is different where do i get the registration number?

Order numbers are completely different from serial keys. If you preordered and the mail hasn't come in by morning (and it hasn't automagically appeared in Impulse either), contact [email protected] about it.
